Key Responsibilities

• Plan and design wellbore trajectories , casing programs, and drilling fluid systems.
• Develop detailed drilling programs and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Supervise and optimize drilling operations, monitor performance, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for drilling hazards.
• Manage drilling rig logistics, equipment, and service providers.
• Analyze post-drilling data to identify lessons learned and improve future operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling engineering , with hands-on operational experience.
• Proficiency in drilling software and directional drilling techniques.
• Strong understanding of well control principles, rig operations, and BOP management .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment , with strong communication and organizational skills.
