Drive Project Service Lead – High-Impact Abuse Intervention

Reflectivepractice is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Drive Project, overseeing a frontline team delivering high-risk perpetrator interventions and safeguarding-focused services across the region.

You will drive operational, strategic and financial leadership, embedding the Drive “Support–Disrupt” model, coordinating with commissioners, and representing the service at local and national forums. A strong background in domestic abuse and partnership working is essential.
