Driver

Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in the Leyland area for a reliable and hardworking 3.5 Tonne Driver to join their team on a temporary basis with potential for the position to go permenant.

The Role

• Driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle, trunking between various company sites
• Loading and unloading vehicles as required
• Assisting with general yard duties when needed
• Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting tasks
• Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely and efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service

Person Specification

• Previous commercial driving experience
• Full UK driving licence with experience driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle
• Reliable, professional and hardworking attitude
• Comfortable undertaking physical duties and manual handling
• ADR licence would be advantageous but is not essential
• Able to start immediately

Salary & Benefits

• £14.10 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• Temporary ongoing opportunity
