Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and document adverse event reports from various sources, including healthcare professionals and patients.
• Perform initial assessment of adverse event reports for completeness, accuracy, and seriousness.
• Report adverse events to regulatory authorities and corporate stakeholders within mandated timelines.
• Liaise with medical experts and clinical teams to gather further information on reported events.
• Maintain and update the pharmacovigilance database with accurate safety information.
• Participate in safety surveillance activities and contribute to risk management plans.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• Previous experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines for adverse event reporting (e.g., GVP modules).
• Familiarity with safety databases and case processing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to critically evaluate medical information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy.
