Location: CM16, Essex Positions Available: 2 Contract: Temporary to Permanent Pay Rate: Up to £20 per hour Weekly Pay – PAYE & Umbrella Options Available

Vortex Recruitment is currently looking for 2 reliable and experienced Dustcart Drivers to join a well-established company based in the CM16 area of Essex, covering routes across Essex and Hertfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for ongoing work, competitive hourly rates and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Shift Patterns & Working Hours

Various shift patterns available, including early and late starts.

*

Early starts from 03:00 AM.

*

Late starts from approximately 11:30 AM.

*

Average working day of around 9 hours.

*

Monday to Friday, with some Saturday shifts required.

Pay & Benefits

Earn up to £20 per hour.

Paid weekly.

PAYE and Umbrella payment options available.

Rates vary depending on the payment method.

Key Responsibilities

*

Driving a dustcart safely and responsibly on designated collection routes.

*

Working alongside loaders and other team members to complete collections efficiently.

*

Ensuring waste collection routes are completed on time.

*

Following all health and safety procedures.

*

Delivering a professional and reliable service.

Requirements

*

Valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence.

*

Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

*

Previous HGV driving experience preferred.

*

Reliable, flexible and professional approach to work.

*

Willingness to work early or late shifts and occasional Saturdays
