Dynamic Service Coordinator: Scheduling & Customer Support

First Base Employment is seeking a Service Coordinator for a full-time permanent role based in Cam and Dursley, Gloucestershire. Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, you will support customers, administer service workflows and coordinate engineers, servicing, repairs, deliveries and training.

The role combines customer service, administration and scheduling with a focus on delivering high-quality support to clients. Salary is £28,000–£30,000 per annum.
