About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical E-commerce Analyst & Insights Specialist to join their dynamic team in Southampton . You will be responsible for tracking key metrics, identifying trends, and translating complex data into clear, concise recommendations for marketing, sales, and product development teams. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key e-commerce performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, traffic sources, and customer lifetime value.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website performance and user experience.
- Identify customer behavior patterns, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to implement data-driven strategies and campaigns.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve online sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst , Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
