Key Responsibilities
- Analyze e-commerce sales data, website traffic, and user behaviour to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the online store .
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve website conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website elements and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to translate data insights into strategic initiatives.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging analytics tools relevant to the e-commerce landscape .
Requirements
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst or in a similar data analysis role focused on online retail.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, working effectively in a remote setting.
