You will be responsible for tracking performance, identifying key trends, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize user experience and conversion rates across their e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize performance data for various stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to identify areas for website and user experience optimization.
- Identify trends and patterns in customer behaviour to inform marketing and product strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to implement data-driven improvements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making for online sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Understanding of e-commerce principles and online marketing channels.
