About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented E-commerce Content Specialist to join their marketing team in Stoke-on-Trent . In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing compelling product content across various online platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and persuasive product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
• Optimize product content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and search rankings.

• Ensure all product information, including pricing, specifications, and imagery, is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and design teams to maintain brand consistency and voice.
• Review and edit content provided by other team members for grammar, spelling, and style.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation , copywriting, or a similar role, preferably within e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative hybrid team environment, balancing office and remote tasks.
• A degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
