Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily processing of e-commerce orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Manage inventory levels for e-commerce products, ensuring stock accuracy across all platforms.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any fulfilment-related issues or customer queries related to order status.
• Utilize and optimise e-commerce platforms and fulfilment software to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of online retail processes and best practices for shipping and handling.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and order management systems.
