About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and efficient E-commerce Fulfilment Specialist to join their growing online retail operation, based remotely with support from their Brighton hub. You will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfilment process, from order processing to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for their online clientele. Key Responsibilities

• Process online orders accurately and efficiently using e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, packing, and shipping orders.
• Manage inventory levels and update stock counts in real-time.
• Handle customer inquiries related to order status and delivery issues.
• Liaise with shipping carriers to track shipments and resolve delivery exceptions.
• Implement and improve fulfilment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or order fulfilment.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and order management systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
