About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and innovative E-commerce Growth Hacker to join their team on a fully remote basis. This role is dedicated to accelerating growth through creative experimentation and optimization across e-commerce and social media channels. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing high-impact strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion rates, and retention. Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize conversion rates on the e-commerce website and landing pages.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies for customer acquisition through paid social, SEO, content marketing, and other digital channels.
• Analyze user behavior data, website analytics, and social media metrics to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in growth hacking, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
• Manage and optimize the social media advertising budget to achieve maximum ROI.

Requirements

• Proven track record in growth hacking, digital marketing, or performance marketing within an e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in A/B testing, data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of the customer journey.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a test-and-learn mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
