About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and experimental E-commerce Growth Hacker to drive rapid and sustainable user acquisition and revenue growth. This is a remote-first position, perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives on testing new strategies and optimizing every aspect of the online customer journey. You will leverage a blend of marketing, analytics, and technical skills to identify and exploit opportunities for scaling our e-commerce business from our Edinburgh base, impacting customers globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and track A/B tests and other experiments across the website, marketing channels, and product features to optimize conversion rates.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies for customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral programs.
- Analyze large datasets to identify user behavior patterns, pinpoint friction points, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives rapidly.
- Explore and implement new marketing technologies and platforms to enhance campaign performance and user experience.
- Monitor key growth metrics and provide regular reports on experiment results and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or in a similar role focused on rapid e-commerce growth.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, suitable for a remote team environment.
