Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize social media campaigns, landing pages, and user funnels.
- Manage and scale paid social media advertising budgets to achieve aggressive customer acquisition targets.
- Identify and leverage viral loops, referral programs, and community-building initiatives on social platforms.
- Utilize analytics tools to track key growth metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay abreast of the latest growth hacking techniques, social media trends, and e-commerce best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related field with a strong emphasis on social media.
- Demonstrated success in driving significant customer acquisition and revenue growth for e-commerce businesses.
- Expertise in paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
