You will be instrumental in identifying and implementing creative strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our online business. This role requires a blend of marketing, data analysis, and technical skills, with a focus on rapid experimentation and iteration. You will have the autonomy to explore new channels and tactics, contributing significantly to our competitive edge in the online marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and analyze rapid experiments across various channels (paid social, SEO, email, partnerships) to drive e-commerce growth.
• Identify and leverage new, cost-effective customer acquisition channels and tactics.
• Optimize the entire customer lifecycle, from awareness and acquisition to retention and referral.
• Analyze user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies for viral growth and community building.
• Monitor key growth metrics and report on experiment outcomes and learnings.

Requirements

• Proven track record in e-commerce growth , digital marketing, or a related growth-focused role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Expertise in A/B testing, experimentation, and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with various digital marketing channels and tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Experience with social media marketing and understanding its role in e-commerce growth.
