Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute rapid, low-cost experiments to drive e-commerce growth across the customer funnel.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics to identify key optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral programs.
• Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve website performance and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to implement growth initiatives.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing and growth hacking .

Requirements

• Proven experience in a growth hacking or similar performance marketing role with a focus on e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Demonstrated success in implementing acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms and experiment design.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and e-commerce platforms .
