About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative and results-oriented E-commerce Growth Hacker to join our team in Sunderland . You will be tasked with identifying and implementing creative strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our online platform. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, marketing intuition, and a willingness to experiment with new tactics. You'll work closely with product, marketing, and data teams to uncover growth opportunities and drive significant, scalable expansion of our customer base, contributing to the strategic direction of our digital business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments across various channels (website, email, social media) to optimize conversion rates.
• Identify and leverage new growth channels and tactics for customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyze user behavior and customer data to uncover actionable insights and growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product and marketing changes that drive growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in growth hacking and e-commerce.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a growth marketing, growth hacking, or performance marketing role, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• Demonstrated success in driving significant user acquisition and engagement growth through experimentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, user funnels, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
