About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and experimental E-commerce Growth Hacker to join their team in Oxford . This role is dedicated to identifying and implementing rapid, scalable growth strategies across the e-commerce funnel, from customer acquisition to retention. You will leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and creative marketing tactics to drive significant improvements in key business metrics. This is a hands-on role for a highly motivated individual eager to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments across the website, marketing channels, and user flows to optimize conversion rates.
- Identify and implement strategies for customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral programs.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover growth opportunities and customer insights.
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid social, SEM, email, and affiliate marketing.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in growth hacking and e-commerce.
Requirements
- Proven track record in driving growth for e-commerce businesses, ideally with quantifiable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Excel).
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of user acquisition channels and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent understanding of customer psychology and behaviour.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
