About the Role
Our client is looking for a strategic and results-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead their online retail operations from a remote position. This senior role is responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce strategy, driving sales growth, and optimizing the online customer experience. You will oversee all aspects of the digital store, from website management and marketing to logistics and customer service. The ideal candidate is a seasoned e-commerce professional with a deep understanding of online retail, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to lead and inspire a remote team to achieve ambitious targets, shaping the future of their online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and profitability.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, including product merchandising, content, and user experience.
- Oversee online marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, shipping providers, and technology partners.
- Lead and mentor a remote team of e-commerce specialists, fostering a culture of performance and innovation.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey from discovery through to post-purchase support.
Requirements
