Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Develop engaging content for social media posts, product promotions, and email newsletters to drive customer interaction and conversions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, key metrics (e.g., ROI, CTR, conversion rates), and suggest optimizations.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure website content is up-to-date, optimized for search engines, and aligned with marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities within the e-commerce landscape.
- Assist in managing the customer journey from initial contact through to purchase and post-purchase engagement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce marketing role is essential.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and interpret marketing data.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application to e-commerce websites.
