About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Manage and schedule content for company social media accounts, engaging with followers and monitoring brand mentions.
• Support the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
• Help maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and optimal user experience.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics, assisting with performance analysis.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or e-commerce role, or a relevant internship.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new marketing software.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
