Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Analyze website performance, user behaviour, and campaign results using tools like Google Analytics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketing and social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing principles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
