Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Analyze website traffic, user behaviour, and sales data to identify trends and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
- Manage and grow social media profiles, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction to increase brand awareness.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling marketing collateral.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media to recommend innovative approaches.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing principles.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
