• Handle customer inquiries and issues related to orders, shipping, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels across all sales channels and work to prevent stockouts or overselling.
• Generate reports on sales performance, order volume, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
