E-commerce Operations Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized E-commerce Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of their online retail channels. This role is crucial for managing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and excellent customer service. You will liaise between various departments, including warehousing, customer support, and marketing, to resolve issues and improve processes. This hybrid position offers flexibility, combining remote work with essential on-site engagement to support our client's growing e-commerce presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery.
• Manage inventory levels across online platforms, ensuring stock accuracy and communicating any discrepancies.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to orders, shipping, and returns promptly and efficiently.
• Work with the warehouse team to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of online orders.
• Support the implementation of new operational procedures and system improvements.
• Generate operational reports on key metrics such as order volume, fulfillment times, and customer service performance.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations , logistics, or a related administrative role.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems (OMS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with the ability to commute to the office as needed for specific tasks and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
