About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join their team in Sunderland . Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce website, including descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and shipping carriers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and tracking.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to manage stock replenishment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations , order fulfillment, or a similar administrative role.
