About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to join their team in Glasgow . This hybrid role is critical for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all online sales operations, from order processing to fulfillment and customer support. You will optimize workflows, manage logistics, and collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall e-commerce performance and customer satisfaction. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on management, working within a flexible model that combines in-office presence with remote capabilities to foster team synergy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and warehousing partners.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce operations and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or logistics management.
