Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust e-commerce operational strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and optimize the entire order fulfillment process, from warehousing to last-mile delivery.
• Oversee inventory management systems, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.
• Lead and mentor the e-commerce operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations management , with a proven track record of scaling online businesses.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control principles.
• Strong experience with e-commerce platforms, WMS, and OMS systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams effectively and drive results.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
