E-commerce Operations Manager

About the Role

Our client is searching for a seasoned E-commerce Operations Manager to spearhead their online fulfillment and logistics operations. This fully remote role requires a strategic leader adept at optimizing the entire e-commerce supply chain, from order processing to final delivery. You will ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction across all operational touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve shipping efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery speed.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure product availability.
• Implement and refine operational procedures and best practices for warehousing and distribution.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in managing fulfillment operations and optimizing logistics networks.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with 3PL partners and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, suitable for a remote management role.
