About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the e-commerce order fulfillment process, including inventory management, warehousing, and shipping logistics.
• Optimize website performance and user experience to maximize conversion rates and minimize cart abandonment.
• Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and return rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in an online retail setting.
