E-commerce Operations Specialist

Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive E-commerce Operations Specialist to oversee the smooth running of their online sales channels in Belfast . Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processes.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accuracy across all sales channels and coordinating with suppliers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues, such as order discrepancies, shipping delays, or technical glitches.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer experience.
• Implement and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all e-commerce operations.
• Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations or a similar logistics/supply chain role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and order management systems (OMS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using spreadsheets and databases.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and shipping software is highly desirable.
