Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and liaise with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and returns efficiently.
• Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy of descriptions and pricing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Process returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations , logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and related software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
