Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch of all online orders.

• Process returns and exchanges efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers and shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise, such as order discrepancies, shipping delays, or stockouts.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments within the e-commerce platform and associated systems.

Requirements
