About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from receipt to dispatch.

• Coordinate with logistics partners and shipping carriers to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of orders.
• Process customer returns and exchanges, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Monitor website operations for any technical glitches or issues that may impact the customer journey and liaise with the IT team for resolution.
• Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations , logistics, or warehouse management.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and inventory management software.
