About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to join their growing online retail division, operating remotely from Belfast . This role is critical for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of online sales, from order processing to fulfillment and customer support. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, coordinating with logistics partners, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses strong analytical skills to optimize online sales processes and enhance the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor online orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing through the e-commerce platform.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
• Update product listings, manage inventory levels, and resolve any discrepancies on the website.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues related to online orders, shipping, and returns via email and chat support.
• Analyze sales data and website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the online customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations , online retail, or a related field.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and order management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
