About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical E-commerce Performance Analyst to join their team in Liverpool . This role is critical for understanding and improving the performance of their online sales channels. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and optimize customer journeys. The ideal candidate has a strong quantitative background and a passion for uncovering trends within e-commerce data to enhance user experience and maximize revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify performance bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key e-commerce KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, AOV, LTV).
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website elements and marketing campaigns.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for improving user experience, site navigation, and checkout processes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to implement data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Performance Analyst, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and business drivers.
