Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of e-commerce data from various sources (website analytics, sales data, marketing platforms).
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports, providing clear and concise insights to stakeholders.
- Identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer behavior and sales performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into specific areas, such as conversion rate optimization, customer segmentation, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for improving website usability, marketing ROI, and overall e-commerce strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to implement data-driven changes and track their impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Performance Analyst , with a strong focus on e-commerce .
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Expertise in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, KPIs, and business drivers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
