About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical E-commerce Performance Analyst to join their team, working remotely . Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, sales databases).
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards that clearly communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues within the e-commerce funnel and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide insights to support optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand their data needs and support their initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst , Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on online sales.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent understanding of the e-commerce sales funnel and key metrics.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
