About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to join their team in Cambridge . This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, combining remote working flexibility with essential in-office collaboration. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing all paid performance marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our e-commerce business. This role is critical for maximizing ROI through data-driven decision-making and innovative campaign management, ensuring our online presence is both effective and profitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and affiliate marketing.
- Oversee budget allocation and campaign performance, optimizing for key metrics including CPA, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creative testing to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign data and website analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective landing page experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager , with a strong track record in e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of major paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, social media ad platforms) and affiliate marketing networks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, comfortable working in a hybrid setting.
