About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the e-commerce platform, including product catalog, content, and promotional activities.
• Optimize website user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for improved conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the e-commerce website, including payment gateway integrations and third-party apps.
• Collaborate with development teams on new feature implementation and platform upgrades.
• Analyze website performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement in traffic, conversion, and customer journey.
• Ensure product data accuracy, including descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Experience managing or working with an e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO principles, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and interpret data.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous for minor site tweaks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
