Our client is seeking a strategic and creative E-commerce Social Media Manager to elevate their brand presence and drive sales through innovative social media campaigns. You will lead the social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement, working closely with the broader marketing team to achieve ambitious e-commerce goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with e-commerce objectives and target audience engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for conversions, traffic, and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Manage and grow the online community, fostering engagement, responding to inquiries, and building brand loyalty.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generating regular reports with key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success in e-commerce environments.
- Expertise in developing and executing social media strategies, including paid campaign management.
- Excellent content creation skills (visual and written) and a keen understanding of platform-specific best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and how social media drives online sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
