Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) to align with e-commerce objectives.

- Manage the daily operations of social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience sentiment, adapting strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, generating reports with actionable insights on key metrics like reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaign execution for e-commerce promotions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management , with a strong focus on e-commerce brands.
- Demonstrated success in creating engaging content and running social media campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and an understanding of visual storytelling.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for audience growth and engagement.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and how social media influences the customer journey.
