Key Responsibilities

- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to identify opportunities and inform strategy adjustments.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, reporting on key insights and recommending improvements to maximize ROI.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, specifically within the e-commerce sector.
- Demonstrable success in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization for social channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
