Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and customer interaction.
- Create high-quality, platform-specific content, including graphics, videos, and compelling copy, that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance data and generate regular reports on key metrics to inform future strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within an e-commerce context.
- Demonstrable experience in creating engaging content (visual and written) and managing social media advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
