About the Role

Our client is looking for a versatile E-commerce Specialist to join their growing team in Bristol . This role is central to managing and enhancing the company's online sales channels, focusing on website management, product merchandising, and driving online sales growth. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience and efficient product listing process. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of collaborative office work and independent remote execution, contributing to innovative e-commerce strategies within the South West region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update the company's e-commerce website , including product catalog, pricing, and promotional content.
Optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords for improved search visibility.
Monitor website performance, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities to increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online campaigns, promotions, and email marketing initiatives.
Provide support for online customer inquiries related to products and orders.
Stay informed about e-commerce trends and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related online retail role.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS).
Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application to product listings and website content.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
