About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the online trading calendar, planning and executing promotional campaigns and events.
• Optimize website merchandising, product placement, and category management to drive sales and improve user experience.
• Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of trading strategies.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure the online offering remains competitive.
• Manage pricing strategies and promotional activities to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience (4+ years) as an E-commerce Trading Manager or in a similar online retail role.
• Strong understanding of online merchandising, e-commerce best practices, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing and website personalization techniques.
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven approach to online sales.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools.
