About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Coordinator to lead their dedicated team in Sheffield . This role is central to ensuring the delivery of exceptional childcare and early education, overseeing curriculum development, staff supervision, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for fostering a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can flourish. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the early years curriculum and educational programs.
• Manage and support a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and safeguarding regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Monitor children's progress and development, ensuring individual needs are met.
• Contribute to the overall management and strategic direction of the nursery.

Requirements

• Relevant early years qualification (e.g., Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People's Services).
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early years setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and relevant legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
