Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and delivery of the early years curriculum, ensuring it meets statutory requirements and best practices.
- Coordinate and support the team of early years practitioners, facilitating professional development.
- Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, admissions, and reporting, from both on-site and remote locations.
- Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children, upholding safeguarding policies.
- Liaise with parents, external agencies, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Requirements
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in early years settings, with some leadership or coordination experience.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and Ofsted inspection requirements.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills, comfortable with hybrid working.
- Demonstrated ability to support and motivate a team.
