About the Role

Our client is seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join their well-established nursery in Bristol . This role is crucial in providing a stimulating and supportive environment where young children can learn, play, and develop. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS framework, fostering each child's individual growth and well-being. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about making a difference in the early years and committed to working collaboratively with parents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a variety of age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, sharing this information with parents and the nursery team.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children under your care.
• Create a positive, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with children and their families.
• Adhere to nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and equal opportunities.

Requirements

• CACHE Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Childcare and Education.
• Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to child welfare.
